Our supply chain and logistics networks in China are experiencing delays. We are preparing to ship orders as quickly as possible, but your order may be delayed. We apologize and are doing everything in our power to get your order produced and shipped ASAP. Thank you for your understanding.

We ship worldwide to most countries. Please read our important shipping notices below:

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is delivered via USPS in the United States (your local carrier will be used outside of the USA).
Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
Express Shipping

Not available with all products.
Available in the USA, Canada, Australia and most of Europe. Not available for all countries.
Does not qualify for use with any Free Shipping Coupon Codes.
If you are ordering items that are not available for express shipping but also products that do qualify, please contact us and we can upgrade the qualifying products to express shipping.

Delivery Times

On average it takes us 5 to 8 business days to print and hand stitch your order before we ship it out. There may be some delay during the holidays. Otherwise, you can expect the following ship times:

Standard Ship Times:

USA: 10-20 Days
CA/UK/AUS: 14-21 Days (wallet phone cases may take 15-45 days)
Rest of World: 30-45 Days
Express Ship Times:

USA: 4-7 Business Days
CA/UK/AUS: 4-7 Business Days
Rest of World (some areas are not eligible): 4-7 Business Days
